120 more COVID-19 patients recover in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 120 more COVID-19 patients tested negative for the virus and recovered from the disease, official sources said today.

Out of the 120 persons, 30 are from Ganjam, 19 from Khurda, 14 from Balasore, 12 from Bolangir, 9 from Dhenkanal, 7 each from Nayagarh and Sundargarh, 6 from Angul, 5 from Keonjhar, 4 each from Jagatsinghpur and Puri, and 1 each from Deogarh, Kendrapara, and Jharsuguda, sources said, adding that they are being discharged from COVID hospitals.

With this, the number of recovered cases in the state mounted to 2474.

Earlier in the day, Odisha had reported one death due to COVID-19 and 112 new positive cases.
