Bhubaneswar: Another 1633 persons in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours taking the the state’s cumulative caseload to 2,81,215.
Of the total fresh cases detected from 30 districts, 955 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 678 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department.
Khordha recorded highest 158 fresh cases followed by Cuttack (132) and Sundargarh (106).
Currently, the number of active cases in the state stands at 17,886. and recovered cases at 2,62,031.
