2 arrested for OJEE counselling fraud

The Crime Branch sleuths (CB) on Monday arrested two persons including a student of a private engineering school here on the charge of producing fake certificate during the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) counselling to get admission.

An official release stated that Jafar Sadique allegedly obtained forged certificate in a fraudulent manner and attended OJEE counselling 2013 . He managed to get admission in Techno School, Patrapada, on the basis of these forged documents.

According to Crime Branch ADG BK Sharma, Techno school administrative officer Sujit Kumar Mohanty, who has also been arrested, reportedly helped Sadique to get admission with the help of the forged certificate.
