2 electrocuted as bus comes in contact with live wire in Odisha’s Koraput

Jeypore: In a tragic incident, driver of a bus and conductor of the vehicle were electrocuted after it came in contact with a live electric wire near Polakaputa under Jeypore Sadar police limits in Odisha’s Koraput district today.

The deceased have been identified as Dambaru and conductor of the bus.

According to reports, the ill-fated bus came in contact with the electric wire this afternoon while the vehicle was on its way to pick guests of a wedding party from groom’s side.

The bus soon caught fire leading to the death of the two.
