24 more including 21-day-old baby die of COVID-19 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 24 more persons, including a 21-day-old baby, have died of COVID-19 in Odisha, the Health Department informed.

The baby boy of Bhadrak district was also suffering from prematurity and low birth weight, the department said.

With this, the COVID-19 toll in the state rose to 8862.

The deceased have been identified as:

1.A 73 years old Male of Angul District who was also suffering from Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus.

2.A 55 years old Male of Balasore District.

3.A 86 years old Female of Balasore District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

4.A 72 years old Male of Balasore District.

5.A 70 years old Female of Balasore District.

6.A 92 years old Male of Balasore District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

7.A 49 years old Male of Balasore District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

8.A 40 years old Female of Bargarh District who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.

9.A 85 years old Male of Bhadrak District.

10.A 21 days old Male Child of Bhadrak District who was also suffering from Prematurity & Low birth weight.

11.A 77 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension, Parkinson’s Disease.

12.A 86 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus.

13.A 72 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Old Fracture Right Ankle, Dementia, Psychosis.

14.A 77 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease.

15.A 80 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Parkinson’s Disease, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Alzheimer’s Disease.

16.A 75 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

17.A 35 years old Female of Jajpur District.

18.A 78 years old Female of Jajpur District who was also suffering from Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease.

19.A 33 years old Male of Jajpur District who was also suffering from Hypothyroidism, Metastatic Malignant Melanoma.

20.A 74 years old Male of Khordha District who was also suffering from Coronary Artery Disease.

21.A 53 years old Female of Mayurbhanj District who was also suffering from Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease, Diabetes Mellitus.

22.A 60 years old Female of Mayurbhanj District.

23.A 38 years old Female of Nabarangpur District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

24.A 66 years old Male of Puri District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Cerebrovascular Accident & Chronic Kidney Disease.
