3 killed in Odisha’s Gajapati as bike skids off road

Gajapati: In a tragic incident, three persons died near Chandragiri colony in Mohana area of Odisha’s Gajapati district last night as a bike on which they were travelling skidded off road.

The mishap took place while the trio was heading towards Paralakhemundi here on the motorcycle. While taking a turn near the Chandragiri police outpost, the two-wheeler skidded off the road and crashed leading to the death of the three.

The deceased have been identified as Jatia Baliarsingh and Ramesh Baliarsingh of Sindurpur village under Turubudi panchayat of the district and Dibakar Baliarsingh of Puipani village under R Udayagiri police limits here.

On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the bodies for post-mortem. An unnatural death case has been registered into the incident.
