334 fresh COVID-19 cases detected in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: With detection of 334  fresh cases in the last 4 hours, Odisha’s COVID-19 tally today further surged to 3,28,201.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 28 districts, 194 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 140 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.

Sundargarh recorded highest 40 fresh cases followed by Khordha and Sambalpur with 30 cases each. 

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 2,913 and recovered cases at 3,23,378.
