3rd Hockey Odisha Women State Championship begins today

Rourkela, Apr 21: The 3rd Hockey Odisha Women State Championship will begin at State Sports Hostel, Panposh here today.
Seven district women Hockey teams and one University team will participate in the three-day tournament.

They are, Sundargarh, Cuttack, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, KIIT University, Ganjam and Rourkela.
The championship will be played in knock-out basis.
Players in the senior, junior and sub-junior category will participate in the event.
The final match will be played on the last day on April 23, said Pratap Satpathy, general secretary, Hockey Odisha in a release here.
