638 including 110 children test COVID +ve in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 638 new COVID-19 cases including 110 children below 18 years of age during the last 24 hours while a total of 57280 samples were tested in the state, yesterday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 1.11%.

Khurda district registered highest 260 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (57) and Jajpur (34).

With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 1007750 with 7255 active cases.

The Health Department also reported 68 more deaths due to COVID-19 as the toll mounted to 7969. Cuttack district recorded highest 22 fatalities.
