695 fresh Covid-19 cases in Odisha; TPR stands at 1.06%

Bhubaneswar: Odisha registered 695 new Covid-19 cases in last 14 hours, of which 83 infectees are between 0-18 years age groups, State Information & Public Relation Department informed today.

Of fresh cases reported from 25 districts, 401 were from different quarantine centres and 294 were the local contacts.

Total 65,512 samples were tested yesterday and Covid TPR now stands at 1.06% in the State.

Khordha district continues to be in top in terms of highest number of infection in Odisha with 323 in a single day. Cuttack district is placed second with 90 new cases in last 24 hours.
