69th National Film Awards: Naveen, Dharmendra congratulate ‘Pratikshya’ team for bringing laurels to Odisha
Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan congratulated the makers of movie Pratikshya after it was adjudged as the best Odia feature film at the 69th National Film Awards today.
“Pratikshya has won the best Odia feature film award at the 69th National Film Awards today. I congratulate the director, artistes and all others associated with the movie for bringing laurels to Odisha,” said Patnaik in a X post.

The Union Education Minister said the award-winning movie will bring new hopes and possibilities for the Odia film industry.
“Congratulation to the producer, director, artistes and all others associated with the movie for winning the best Odia feature film award at the 69th National Film Awards today,” Pradhan said in a X post.

Pratikshya was produced under the banner of Amiya Patnaik Productions. The movie, directed by Anupam Patnaik, was released last year.
Dipanwit Dashmohapatra, Choudhury Jayaprakash Das and Barsha Patnaik essayed lead characters in the film adapted from a short story written by Gourahari Das.
