A 75-year-old widow, who was staying alone in her house in the highway-side Badapala village, about 20 KM from Kendrapara town in Odisha, was found murdered on Tuesday.

The body of the victim, identified as Swarnalata Samantray, was found early morning today with her hands and legs tied up.
