778 more test COVID-19 positive in Odisha; here’re district-wise details
Bhubaneswar: A spike of 778 COVID-19 infections have been detected in Odisha in the last 24 hours. With this, the state’s total count surged to 3,13,323.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 446 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 332 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Angul recorded highest 68 fresh cases followed by Sundargarh (64) and Khordha and Balasore with 61 cases each.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 7,748 and recovered cases at 3,03,897.
