81 Aahar centres to open  in Odisha from April 17

Bhubaneswar, Apr 7: 

Eighty one Aahar centres will be opened in various districts of Odisha by April 17, according to Odisha government notification. Odisha Department of Housing and Urban Development has instructed all arrangements to be made for the setting up of Aahar centres made April 13.

To have a smooth running of these Aahar centres, they will be opened on a trial basis from April 14. During the trial period 100 plates of food will be prepared in these Aahar centres. The meals will be sold from 11 pm to 12 pm in the morning.

A small board will be installed in front of the centre displaying the timings.  To avoid any incident concerning law and order, the centre can appoint a security guard if required, according to the notification.
