Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 tally today further surged to 3,37,448 after 97 new infections were detected in the state in last 24 hours.
Of the total fresh cases detected from 18 districts, 58 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 39 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department.
Khordha recorded highest 14 fresh cases followed by Sambalpur (13) and Sundargarh (11).
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 775 and recovered cases at 3,34,703.
