Odisha Tourism is organizing first-ever National Chilika Bird Festival this weekend and it uploaded this amazing video illustrating the migratory birds, dolphins and the beautiful Chilika lake.

Chilika’s Rajhans Nature Camp, Satkosia Sand Resort at Badmul, Chhotkei in Satkosia, Daringbadi cottages, Dangamala and Habilikhati in Bhitarkanika, Similipal Nature Camp, Sanghagra of Keonjhar and Bichitrapur in Balasore are some of the most frequented spots among the 35 destinations with night camps amid nature that the state government has been providing to promote nature tourism for the last two years.

Odisha Tourism also organises Rajarani Music Festival and the Mukteswar Dance Festival every year to promote classical music and dance. These events also allows tourists a glimpse into the culturally-rich state. Beautiful pictures of this year’s festivals were uploaded on their Facebook page.

Besides, videos of Odisha’s lush green spots are also uploaded randomly. The video below is a teaser on Kalo dam and watersports potential of the reservoir, in Mayurbhanj. The full video is yet to be uploaded.

Odisha Tourism had also collaborated with two young travel enthusiasts Durgesh Kumar Singh and Udayan Sarathi for the first-ever profiling of the waterfalls of the state. The team explored and documented as many as 35 waterfalls from different parts of the state.

Konark Festival, showcasing Odissi and other Indian classical dances, is another attraction with participants from across the globe.

With such an impressive line-up, Odisha Tourism has been able to pull crowd to this land of fine arts.
