Additional Tehsildar caught taking bribe in Odisha’s Bolangir  

Bolangir: Vigilance sleuths today arrested Additional Tehsildar of Deogaon Rajendra Choudhry in Bolangir district for allegedly demanding and accepting bribe.

Sources said Choudhry had demanded Rs 20,000 bribe from a person to issue a transit pass for illegal transportation of sand.

However, the complainant brought the matter before the anti-graft wing, following which a trap was laid and the Additional Tehsildar was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe at his office.
