Adjournment notices by Opposition rejected by Speaker in Odisha Assembly

Speaker Niranjan Pujari today rejected two adjournment notices moved separately by Opposition Congress and BJP in the Odisha Assembly.

The Congress moved an adjournment notice over mining scam which was rejected by Speaker Pujari.

Similarly, the BJP moved an adjournment notice highlighting the state government’s failure in providing electricity for 24 hours, which was also rejected by the Speaker.
