All parks reopen in Odisha capital; special time slot for senior citizens

Bhubaneswar: With completion of lockdown and commencement of Unlock-1,  the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today issued an order regarding reopening of parks coming under its jurisdiction.

All public parks of BMC, BDA and BSCL under BMC jurisdiction will remain open for five days a week expect on Saturdays and Sundays.

The facilities will remain open for seven hours a day- from 5  to 10 in the morning and from 4  to 6 in the evening. This apart, an exclusive time slot between 5 am and 7 am has been allotted for senior citizens. People aged 60 years and above will be allowed inside the park in the given time slot only.

The order comes into effect from today.
