Anjali Behera, Raghunandan, Kusha Apat expelled from BJD

Three rebel BJD candidates Anjali Behera (Hindol)’ Kusha Apat(Champua) and Raghunandan Das (Ersama-Balikuda) have been expelled from the party, a press release from the BJD office said this evening.

BJD president Naveen Patnaik has expelled them for their anti- party activities, the release added.

All the three BJD leaders had filed their nominations as independents after they were denied party tickets. They had also defied orders from Naveen Niwas to withdraw from the electoral race today.
