Archana Nag case: Property dealer appears before ED for grilling

Bhubaneswar: Property dealer Prabhat Ranjan Pati today appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning in Archana Nag case.

The businessman was summoned by the ED in connection with sale of a land to Archana and her business associate Khageswar Patra.

Sources said that Archana and Khageswar had purchased a land from Pati.

Earlier in the morning, film producer Pramod Swain had appeared before the ED again for interrogation in money laundering case against Archana Nag.

Currently, Archana allegedly involved in a sextortion racket is lodged at Jharpada Jail in Bhubaneswar following a complaint by renowned Ollywood filmmaker Akshay Parija alleging blackmailing.

According to the complaint, Archana had demanded Rs 3 crore from Parija threatening him of making his objectionable videos and photographs with a woman public.
