Police today seized arms and explosives from Salimagochha and Therubadi forest areas in Gajapati district.

The seized items include three guns, 162 rounds of live cartridges, two magazines and one tiffin bomb.

Briefing the media persons here, Gajapati SP Charan Singh Meena said the police seized the arms and explosives after getting the leads during the interrogation of three Maoists belonging to the Odisha Maobadi Partywho were arrested during a combing operation in the district recently.
