Aryan Khan Bail: Bombay HC dictates bail conditions

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court, which granted bail to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in drugs-on-cruise case yesterday, has pronounced the detailed order.

The order states that he should present PR bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties in like amount. And, he should not indulge in any similar activities, not try to establish contact with co-accused. Besides, he should surrender his passport before Special Court immediately.

“The applicant should attend the NCB Mumbai office on every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm to mark their presence. He should not leave the country without permission from NDPS Court,” the order reads.

Yesterday, the court had also approved bail applications of two others–Munmun Dhamecha and Aarbaaz Merchant in the drugs case.
