The IIC said the minor girl, who had come to the Centurion University of Technology located on the outskirts of the city this morning from Jajpur for admission into vocational courses, was not allowed to take admission by the university authorities as she did not meet the age qualification.

The girl then search for an auto rickshaw to reach Barmunda bus stand and hired Sushanta. But instead of taking her to Baraminda, Susanta took her towards Mendhasala in Tamando area with evil intention, Prusty said.
