Bhadrak social media rumours case: Odisha CB identifies, interrogates five

The cyber cell of the Odisha Crime Branch (CB) identified and interrogated five persons in connection with the circulation of rumours and objectionable materials in social media in the backdrop of violence in Bhadrak town, informed Crime Branch Special DG BK Sharma.

All the five persons belong to Bhadrak, Sharma said.

Notably, a 7-member team of the CB had reached Bhadrak on April 10 to probe into the spreading of rumours in social media.
