Bhausaheb Nimbalkar Trophy: Odisha bowlers restrict MPCA

The Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA) were in dire straights against Odisha on the second day of the Bhausaheb Nimbalkar Trophy at Pune on Sunday.cricket

In reply to Odisha’s first innings score of 399 all out in 109.2 overs, MPCA were 181 for four at close of stumps.

Resuming their overnight score at 320 for 7, Odisha added another 79 runs. Arabinda Singh, who was not out on 70, went on to complete a fine century. He was out for 109.

For MPCA, Hirwani claimed four wickets.

MPCA began their innings in a disastrous note as wickets fell cheaply. However, Shubham steadied the innings with an unbeaten knock of 91 at close of play.
