Bhubaneswar: Out of the 26 fresh cases of COVID-19 reported in Khordha district in the last 24 hours, 12 cases belong to Bhubaneswar, official sources said today.
Of the 12 fresh cases, 8 are local contact cases and 4 have been detected from home quarantine, informed Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today. On the other hand, seven more persons recovered from the disease in the city.
With this, COVID tally in Bhubaneswar mounted to 332 with 135 active cases and four deaths so far.

Further contact tracing was underway while primary contacts and nearby houses are being quarantined, sanitised and will be under active surveillance, the BMC tweeted.
