BJD sweeping ULB polls in two western Odisha towns

Bhubaneswar, July 2:

The ruling Biju Janata Dal is sweeping the Titlagarh NAC polls, counting for which began this morning.

Till reports last came in out of a total of 15 wards counting for which have been completed, BJD has won in 14 wards while the Congress has won in just one.

Similarly, BJD was also leading in Bolangir Municipal polls.

The party, out of a total of 21 wards, has , so far, won in 12 wards while the Congress and the Independent have won in three and one ward respectively till the reports last came in.
