BJP candidates’ list for Odisha elections within a week

Bhubaneswar: With the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) and Congress hinting about announcement of their lists of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Odisha, the BJP today said it will announce the names of its candidates in a week.

The saffron party’s state in-charge, Arun Singh said the list of candidates will be out within a week. Singh further said that senior leaders of various parties will join the BJP soon.

Commenting on BJD’s opposition towards the four-phase polls in Odisha, Singh said the conch party is fearing BJP’s growing popularity in the state for which it is opposing the election schedule.
