BJP list for 2 LS, 29 Assly seats; Bijoy Mohapatra to contest from Mahakalpada

New Delhi/Bhubaneswar, Mar 25:

After a long wait, the BJP has finally announced the list of candidates for two Lok Sabha and 29 Odisha Assembly seats for the second phase of polls late on Tuesday night.

Bijoy Mohapatra has been fielded from Mahakalpada Assembly constituency whereas Jitu Mitra has been named the party candidate for the Khordha Assembly seat.

Former MP Anchal Das, who joined the BJP a couple of days ago, will contest from the Binjharpur reserved Assembly seat.

Sarat Dash ( Bhadrak) and Amiya Mallick (Jajpur) are the two candidates for the two reserved Lok Sabha seats.
