BJP workers today showed black flags to Odisha Higher Education Minister Pradeep Panigrahi at DRDA Chhak in Odisha’s Rayagada district.

According to reports, the saffron party activists waved black flags at the minister when he was on the way to attend a meeting of the district planning board.

A scuffle ensued between BJP and BJD workers at the spot following the incident, sources said.

As many as 3 BJP workers have been arrested in this connection, sources added.
