Budget session of Odisha Assembly to begin from Feb 22

The budget session of the Odisha Assembly will begin from February 22, informed Finance Minister Pradip Amat today.

While the first phase of the session will be held from February 22 to March 4, the second phase will take place from March 14 to April 7.

The Appropriation Bill will be passed in the House by March 31, he said.

A decision in this regard was taken at an all-party meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Speaker of the Assembly Niranjan Pujari, the minister said.
