CBSE Class XII results: City girl tops in Bhubaneswar zone, Odisha CM congratulates successful students

Bhubaneswar, May 28:

Soumya Sambhavi of SAI International School topped the Class XII examination in Bhubaneswar zone conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). She scored 98.4 per cent in Commerce.

Similarly, Prateek Kumar Sahu has topped in Science in the zone with 98.2 per cent marks.

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today congratulated the students of the state on their success in Class XII examinations.

A total of 58,935 students from Bhubaneswar zone had appeared the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISCE) of which 15, 268 students had appeared from Odisha comprising of 9, 102 boys and 6, 176 girls.

While Raksha Gopal from Amity International School in Noida topped the examination with 99.6%, Bhumi Sawant De from DAV Chandigarh stood second with 99.4 per cent marks followed by Aditya Jain and Mannat Luthra, both from Bhavan Vidyalaya in Chandigarh, who came third with identical 99.2 per cent marks.
