Class 8 boy run over by train in Odisha’s Keonjhar   

Keonjhar: In a tragic incident, a Class 8 boy student of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Harichandanpur in Keonjhar district was crushed to death after a train ran over him this morning.

The deceased has been identified as Anish Kumar Sahu, son of Dharmendra Sahu of Narangpur village under Ghasipura block in the district.

Sources said Anish was returning to his hostel at around 11.45 AM after giving an exam in his school. When he was crossing a railway line, a goods train ran over him killing him on the spot.

Later, police reached the spot and sent the body to hospital for post-mortem.
