CM Naveen condoles demise of Odia actor Pintu Nanda

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today condoled the sad demise of popular Odia actor Pintu Nanda.

Taking to microblogging site Twitter, he expressed his deep grief over Pintu Nanda’s death and extended condolences to the actor’s bereaved family members.

ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ଜଗତର ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ଅଭିନେତା ପିଣ୍ଟୁ ନନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ବିଷୟରେ ଜାଣି ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖିତ। ନିଜ ନିଖୁଣ ଅଭିନୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ଏବଂ ଧାରାବାହିକରେ ସେ ଛାଡିଯାଇଥିବା ଛାପ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶକଙ୍କ ହୃଦୟରେ ସର୍ବଦା ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ କରି ରଖିବ। ତାଙ୍କ ଅମର ଆତ୍ମାର ସଦଗତି କାମନା ସହ ଶୋକସନ୍ତପ୍ତ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସମବେଦନା ଜଣାଉଛି।

The 47-year-old Ollywood actor Pintu Nanda breathed his last on Wednesday night while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He was suffering from liver cirrhosis.

Last week, he was shifted to the Yoshoda Hospitals in Hyderabad from Delhi for liver transplantation.
