Bhubaneswar: A cop of the Twin City Commissionerate Police has tested positive for COVID-19, police sources said today.
The 36-year-old police personnel had come in contact with a migrant labourer of other state. On returning from leave, he was subjected to precautionary testing and tested positive for the virus. He is asymptomatic and being moved to COVID care facility of the Commissionerate Police, sources said.
Doctors at four Police Hospitals in the twin city are monitoring the health condition of all police personnel closely following established protocols, sources added.
