Coronavirus: Lithuania girl not missing in Odisha, advised home quarantine

Puri: A minor girl from Lithuania who was admitted to the Puri District Headquarters Hospital today after complaining of cold, cough and fever has been advised home quarantine.

Sources said as the minor girl did not have coronavirus symptoms, doctors advised her to stay in self-isolation. Thereafter, she moved to the hotel where she has been staying for past few days.

Worth mentioning, a section of media reported that the minor girl has been missing from the Puri DHH and two women accompanying her remained untraceable.

The Odisha government today said 141 persons across the State have been kept under observation for developing suspected coronavirus symptoms.

The Information and Public Relations department said two persons with suspected coronavirus symptoms have been admitted to the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar and blood and swab samples of the concerned persons will be sent for tests.
