COVID-19: Sundargarh reports fresh case, Odisha tally at 163

Bhubaneswar: Number of COVID-19 cases in Odisha reached 163 as Sundargarh district reported a fresh case yesterday, official sources said today.

The person has been identified as a 29-year-old woman of Nala Road in Rourkela. She is the neighbour of an earlier positive case of the locality, sources said.

With this, the number of active cases in the state stood at 102 while 60 patients have recovered so far.

A total of 2470 samples were tested yesterday in Odisha and three of those (one each from Sundargarh, Keonjhar, and Balasore) tested positive for the virus.
