Director General (DG) of Central reserve Police Force (CRPF) Prakash Mishra today visited Khaprakhol in Bolangir district in Odisha to review the Maoist situation in the area.

Mishra visited the Harishankar CRPF camp this morning and discussed the Maoist issue with the field staff there.

He has hinted at the need for further deployment of CRPF commandos at the site given the ground situation there.
