Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID-19 spike continued to decline in Odisha with below 5,000 cases in last 24 hours.
The State reported 4,852 fresh infections in a single day, paving a way for the government to start unlock process very soon.
Of fresh cases, 2,765 were reported from different quarantine centres and 2,087 were local contacts, informed the State Information & Public Relations Department today.
Khordha district registered the highest of 649 cases followed by Cuttack district (505) and Jajpur district (382) in a single day.
