Dharmendra reviews preparation for Modi’s Odisha tour

On the eve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Odisha tour, Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today visited Balasore to review the preparations.

Pradhan along with Odisha unit President Basant Panda, senior BJP leader Pratap Sarangi and Manmohan Samal scouted for venues in and around the town.

Besides, they held talks with the district administration, police SP and local party workers to review the arrangements.

Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to address a public meeting in Balasore on June 2 as part of the fortnight-long programme to mark the second anniversary of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at Centre.

On May 26, BJP led NDA government will complete two years in power where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will kick-start the 15-day massive outreach programme from a rally in Saharanpur of Western Uttar Pradesh.

As part of the programme, the party would hold rallies, press conferences and cadre conferences in 200 places across the country.

BJP would highlight the achievements of the government during the mass contact programme.
