Dumper drivers, helpers launch strike at Paradip port in Odisha

Paradip: Intra-port transportation service at Paradip port in Odisha has been affected due to agitation launched by dumper drivers and helpers since yesterday.

They are demanding an eight-hour work shift instead of a twelve-hour one, provision of safety equipments for them and EPF, reports said.

The agitators have warned to continue the strike till fulfillment of their demands.
