ECoR to notify cancellation of trains on Cuttack-Barang route

Due to operational reasons, the safety related modernisation work between Cuttack and Barang stations has been kept in abeyance now and the new programme of the said work will be notified soon, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) said in a release here today.

As a result, 18414/18413 Puri-Paradeep-Puri Express , 22810 Visakhapatnam-Paradeep Express, 22814 Paradeep-Santragachhi Express, 22813 Santragachhi-Paradeep Express scheduled to leave Santragachhi on March 31 (Tuesday) and 22809 Paradeep-Visakhapatnam Express including 58406/58405 and 78507/78508 Paradeep-Cuttack-Paradeep passenger trains declared earlier as cancelled are hereby resumed, the release added.
