Entrance exam for admission in Utkal Varsity begins in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, July 9:

The entrance examinations conducted by the Utkal University in Odisha for admission in 27 post-graduate and self-financing courses began here today.

Sources in the University said that the entrance examinations for admission in the Economics and Political Science streams are being held on the first day.

The entrance tests would continue till July 19.

Students, who have applied for the entrance test, will have to download their admit card from the university website www.utkaluniversity.ac.in

Results of the examinations would be announced in the last week of July while the merit list would be prepared on the basis of 50 percent career marks and 50 percent marks in the entrance test, university sources said.

Regular classes would commence from August 1.
