Ex-Mayor Ananta Jena appointed BJD State General Secretary

Bhubaneswar: BJD Supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today appointed senior party leader and former Mayor of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Ananta Narayan Jena as the State General Secretary of the party.

Besides, Jena has also been given additional charge of Observer for Bhubaneswar organizational district and Patna Assembly Constituency in Keonjhar district. Meanwhile, the party president has cancelled the suspension order of Paradip Municipality former chairman Govinda Tarai, said BJD state secretary Bijay Nak.
