Bhubaneswar: A post is being circulated on various social media platforms that claims that women should not take COVID-19 vaccine five days before and after their menstrual cycle.
However, the government has clarified that it is a rumour and advised the citizens not to fall for it.
Vaccination drive for people over 18 years of age is scheduled to commence from May 1. Registration starts on April 28 on cowin.gov.in.
