Fake currency worth Rs 21,500 seized in Odisha, woman detained

Police today seized fake currency worth Rs 21,500 in Odisha’s Sambalpur city and detained a woman in this connection.

According to reports, the police acting on a tip-off raided Hatapada area of the city and seized 215 fake denominations of Rs 100 from a house and detained a woman in this connection.

Interrogation of the woman is on, police said.
