Flyover collapse: Panda Infra’s office in Odisha capital sealed

Bhubaneswar: The Twin City Commissionerate Police today sealed the office of Panda Infra, the company that had undertaken the construction work of Bomikhal flyover in Odisha capital which collapsed yesterday killing a person and injuring 11 others.

The company’s office at Vivekananda Marg here has been sealed by the Commissionerate Police, reports said.

On the other hand, trouble mounted for the firm as a case under Sections 304, 337, 338 and 34 of IPC has been registered at Laxmi Sagar police station against Sujata Panda, Pratap Panda and Santosh Panda– three members of the Board of Directors of Panda Infra.
