Former Odisha MLA Gourahari Naik passes away

Bhubaneswar: Former Patna MLA Gourahari Naik passed away at a private hospital here today. He was 61.

Naik was suffering from neurological disease and undergoing treatment at the hospital, family sources said.

Born on November 21, 1959, Naik was elected to the Odisha Legislative Assembly twice (in 2000 and 2004) from Patna constituency in Keonjhar district as a BJP candidate.
