Four killed, one hurt in road mishap in Odisha

Bargarh, Apr 1:

In a tragic incident, at least, four persons were killed and one seriously injured when a motorbike had a head-on collision with a pick-up van near Baijapadar on the Barpalli-Bolangir road this afternoon.

Among those killed are the three who were astride the bike and helper of the pick-up van, reports said.

The driver of the pick-up van has been seriously injured in the accident and has been shifted to the nearest hospital, reports added.

Reports further said kin of the deceased persons have blocked the Barpalli-Bolangir road demanding compensation.
